Spacious Apartment meters from the sea!

Hammer Poolbereich und gute Lage Positive: Großes Apartment mit großem Esstisch und Küchenheile, großer Balkon und sehr schöne Dach Terrasse mit super Pool! Lage top, Café unten drunter mega lecker. Tiefgarage inklusive für Auto. Negative: Paar kleine „Mängel“ wie zu kleines Küchen-Waschbecken, kaputter Klodeckel und fehlende Kissen (wurden auf Nachfrage noch gebracht und bezogen). Was allerdings etwas komisch/störend war, waren ganz viele kleine Ameisen ähnliche Tierchen in Bad, Küche + Küchentisch. War mit Lebensmitteln dann etwas unangenehm. Baustelle vor der Tür, kann die Unterkunft aber nichts für.

Pleasant . Positive: Excellent location, close to the sea, shopping centres, two paces of Quinta Avenida with so many restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops and other attractions. The representative of vacation, Otoch Real Estate company Leopoldo Gutierrez was very helpful with all situations we asked for help; he went beyond his duties to feel us welcome and improve our vacation; thanks as well to condo staff , very attentive and prompt to respond to our needs Negative: This is a big studio! Not an apartment! ( as presented on booking web site at details )We expected for this price a two room apartment ( one bedroom apartment). We were in vacation with a grandson we needed in bed at 9 pm and we were not able to see a movie or listen to music without another room. Also tourists should know there are power interruptions. Thanks God we were not in the elevator when this happened. We were at fifth floor, not for seniors .
