Positive: Ideal location. Friendly staff

Overall we made the best of what was lacking. Positive: Located was great.Very close to 5th ave and beaches. Negative: There was only 2 bath towels provided. We had to purchase pool towels and 2 new pans to cook because the coating was coming off . We stayed nine days and room not cleaned at all.The streets are under construction so a 8 am wake up was common.

Positive: Faites attentions , j'ai booké l'hôtel via booking . Par le suite l'hôte m'a écrit un message mentionnant que je n'avais pas payé et que je devais clicker sur un lien car il ne se payait pas via booking. Ils ont encaissé les 2 transactions et je n'ai pas été remboursée.... Mise a part cette situation c'étais super .

Can't sleep Positive: • Hugo the night receptionist. His smile and kindness made our stay enjoyable • Location • View • Pool Negative: Many things went wrong • The lady receptionist with the dogs is the most unwelcoming person, ever. Even though she works for the building, it was always a headache thinking of crossing her. No smile, no hello, just side-eyes. She rudely asked my partner to kick-out a stray dog from the lobby while she brings her own and there's literally dogs sleeping on the floor corridors. 2 other units told us at the pool as well they had misadventures with her. • No communication about laundry prices • Poor kitchen amenities • There is no curtains in the room. Broad day light as soon sun rises. • The street noise is as worse as the noise coming from the corridors. • The mattress is bouncy. Any movements will awake your partner, and vice-versa • The balcony door was blocked by a bottle cap on arrival. Impossible to closs after managing to open it. We had to leave the door unlocked on our trips outside of Playa del Carmen. • As someone mentioned in the comments, the parking is very steep. Extra care on breaks
