Design and comfort Apartment in Playa del Carmen!

Apartahotel 10/10 Positive: El apartamento estaba MUCHO mejor de lo que esperábamos. Contaba con recepcionista 24h, un parking sujeto a disponibilidad (tenía seis plazas) pero que pudimos utilizar sin problema y además tenía un rooftop súper bonito. La habitación era muy amplia, luminosa y cómoda. La persona que nos alquiló la habitación respondía muy rápido por Booking. Quedamos gratamente agradados. Negative: Todo me gustó. Si tuviera que poner una única pega sería que no había agua en la nevera al llegar a la habitación.

Excellent place , highly recommended! Loved everything! Positive: Wow! This place was simply amazing. Very clean ,had all that you need for a perfect vacation. Great wifi, great beds, great kitchen, big bathroom, a big tv with Netflix, a large balcony ,safe in the closet. Location was amazing Close to the beach, 5th avenue ,restaurants, supermarkets, all within few minutes of walking. . In the building you have a concierge very helpful all the time , laundry facilities ,an amazing restaurant with great pastries and breakfast options. Roof top is great. You have bbq facilities, lounges a swimming pool. An amazing view of the city. The host was very helpful as well. We felt so good here so we highly recommend this place. We will definitely rent this place again .Thank you Neo for a wonderful , cozy stay.!

Buena experiencia Positive: La ubicación, las instalaciones el personal atento a todo la terraza la alberca todo genial Negative: Lamentablemente en mi tiempo de estancia estaban las obras públicas y hacían demasiado ruido que estamos consciente que es ajeno al departamento, también que se fue el agua y tardaron más de 5 horas en solucionarlo , también que no tengan encendido el clima en elevador ni pasillos cuando hace mucha calor

Positive: Es un lugar excepcional por la tranquilidad en su ubicación, es además muy bonita su decoración, agradable y un detalle que nos gustó fue la rápida y cordial respuesta a cada petición o desorientación como turistas inexpertos. Volveremos ya que es recomendable.

Great Choice for a Rental in Playa Positive: It was in a perfect location - safe, quiet and close to everything. Also, it was exactly as described and pictured. The unit owner and building managent were awesome - super nice and responsive. The rooftop pool was great as well. Negative: There were a couple of nights (out of 30) with noisy neighbors, however the management took care of this promptly once they were notified. The gym is a joke. There should be AT LEAST a set of dumbbells and a bench.
