Great staff downstairs, great host, very attentive.
Positive: The private seating are upstairs, private plunge pool and tanning platform was incredible.
Negative: The upstairs platform near the couch was quite dirty (just walking on it feet would be black). Sweeping and doing a quick scrub of platform near couch would keep the condo cleaner.

Dream place! 100/10
Positive: This is amazing nice cozy place, has everything you need, facilities 100/10, location 100/10, views 1000/10. Everything was organized and smooth. Pool was a huge bonus. Place to stay when in Playa Del Carmen!
Negative: In the building corridors its little bit hot, should install some kind of AC.
