Great Central Location, Simple and Practical Stay Positive: The biggest strength of this place is the location. It is extremely close to Quinta Avenida—literally just a few steps away—which makes everything very easy and convenient. There is even a taco stand right in front of the apartments, which was very good and definitely recommended. The place feels very traditional, and the check-in process was simple and straightforward. Cleanliness was okay overall, nothing exceptional but acceptable. The room was a studio flat with a double bed and a sofa that converts into a sofa bed. It’s a practical setup, suitable for a short stay and for travelers who spend most of their time outside exploring. Overall, the location really wins over everything else. If being right in the heart of Playa del Carmen is your priority, this is a solid choice.
