Apartamento céntrico cerca de la playa!

Positive: El lugar es muy lindo, está bien equipado, es grande y cómodo. Es tal cual las fotos. Cerca de la 5ta avenida, muy bien ubicado; se puede andar de noche sin problemas —mujer sola—. El roof está lindo y las instalaciones en general, y el personal muy amable y simpático, siempre dispuestos y muy colaborativos. Estaría bueno que dejen algunos productos de limpieza; sería lindo gesto, sobre todo para estadías de varios días. Para mis colegas trabajadores remotos, el internet estaba ok, funcionaba bien. El host siempre muy atento, amable y predispuesto. Lo volvería a elegir solo si arreglan el tema del agua caliente. Negative: El apartamento tuvo problemas con el aparato que calienta el agua reiteradas veces; hacía que saltara uno de los interruptores térmicos; creo/supongo que ya lo habrán arreglado y, si no, lo deberían hacer prontamente. Me tuve que duchar con agua fría más de una vez en mi estadía El equipo siempre respondió y fueron a intentar repararlo, pero el problema persistió durante gran parte de la estadía, lamentablemente, y esto afectó mi experiencia, lamentablemente. Lo otro es que por algún motivo el gobierno eligió poner en obras las calles, así que fue un poco difícil dormir adecuadamente. Entiendo que no es algo del apartamento en sí, pero sí de la ubicación, que con todo lo favorable de estar cerca de la 5ta avenida y de poder andar de noche sin problemas, lastimosamente los ruidos de la obra durante toda la madrugada fueron muy molestos.
