A 30 minutes walking distance to Playa Incluente and 20 minutes walking to Playa Paraiso. The communication with Leo was very easy. Negative: The apartment seems bigger in the pictures and was a surprise to realize it is smaller than it seems. It felt dirty and cheap. Is made out with very cheap furniture. They provided only 2 towels that were smelly (like they were already used). The bed sheets were smelly as well, and felt that they did not change them from the previous guests. The sofa was dirty. It has no soundproof. We could here all the noise from outside even with the windows closed. The shower was broken and it has no shower head, only an outlet that seems like auschwitz gas chamber. All in all, the price paid does not justify the quality received.
